Not related to my issueI needed repair for a recall and an oil change. Time promised was 1 and 1/2 hours and I waited onsite. After 2 hrs checked and they were doing an unrelated repair not authorized. And it seemed they hadn't done what it was there for. I waited another hour, total of 3 hours, for them to do the proper repairs.You need an "unsure" choice. I am not sure if the service advisor was at fault or the minions working under him who didn't know what they were doing. He seemed overworked and responsible for a lot of clients. He was very courteous and apologetic for the errors and keeping me waiting for 3 hours.As explained aboveI had a situation on my last visit, that I didn't report in a survey, and it was worse than this one.I am now considering another car brand for my next car, after buying 2 Mitsubishis and intending to buy a 3rd. Service matters.Not related to the problem.
