Cole was very clear with his communication and my experience was great! Very pleasant with his manners. Once my car was finished he came and explained all the check points that was done on my car. I would definitely come back and recommend family and friends due to the courtesy of the dealership.

It was disappointing that the dealership had switched to a credit card company that charged a fee to use a credit card for payment.They are organized and assign a staff person to communicate with you.

I was actually there for service on my 2023 Outlander. The used car manager texted me and wanted to make an offer on my ‘23. Things went from there.From the start i indicated the deal would only work if my payment stayed the same. Matt and Brian accepted that, worked with it and made it happen.This is our 5th vehicle from White Bear Mitsubishi since 2014 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.Honest, no pressure.

I don’t know if they even put in a new part.This was the third time I brought my car in. I bought it new in 2024, the problem started that year, they put me off. This year they supposedly tried to fix it.It was so covered in snow that I couldn’t even drive it without cleaning it off. When the person that pull it up came in and told the maintenance person that the car was cleaned off.
