Aside from the complimentary drinks, some complimentary snacks would be nice.The comment I said earlier about the multi-point inspection.The seat was so far and I had to adjust it again.

As I commented above, I am very unhappy with Mitsubishi. I have 3 cars I purchased new from WBL Mitsubishi, and will never buy another, nor will I recommend Mitsubishi to any one I know.Explained in earlier comments…

I had somewhere to be, people time is valuable.My vehicle sat for a hour after the oil change was finished, without anyone checking me out. Then it took another 20 min to leave because I was blocked in.See aboveThis was the worst experience yet I've had at mitsubishi. I didn't leave for over an hour of my car being finished with the oil change and parked outside.I've been going here for 25 years

I came into Mitsubishi not to buy a car but my check engine light came on it was very frustrating but lucky for me I ended up with Jordan in the service department he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that even someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars (me) could understand, and he did it all with the sweetest and professional attitude. He never made me feel dumb for asking a million questions, and he was honestly so patient and helpful and has great communication. I honestly almost forgot my car was being fixed in the first place.Jordan genuinely helped me understand what was going on with my car and what my options were. He was friendly, respectful, and made the whole situation way less stressful than it could’ve been i had for gotten i got a warranty on my car.If your car ever decides to have a meltdown, I hope you get a Jordan. 10/10 Thank You Mr.French 😗

I like the quality, warranty and value. This is the 3rd purchase from WBM. Currently own a Mirage, (2022) Outlander Sport (2024) and this 2025 Outlander SEL.
