I didn’t use it.Friendly staff and a job well done. My wait time was longer than told and my auto start wasn’t explained clearly but I also could have went back in and questioned how it all worked… we figured it out though and I love having this feature.

They told me my wiper blades needed replacement. I had just replaced them myself 2 weeks earlier.

I appreciate that the oil level after this and the previous oil change was correct. Also, the technicians kept the engine and engine bay free of drips and spills.Best service of any auto dealer from whom I've purchased.

I always feel that there’s a level of honesty in what my car needs, which as a woman, is very important!Every time I take my car in for service, I am greeted by a friendly face, in this case it was Ray, who follows my car through the whole process. The waiting room is clean and offers coffee and water. Ray came out and went through the checklist with me. The woman at the check out was great as well!

Cortez is wonderful and I very mucb appreciate all that he has done to help with my appoinments and car care!My only gripe, is not the fault of WBM, but more of the location. I wish there were more pedestrian areas near the dealerships.Since I got my car here, I received wonderful care and warranties covered very expensive repairs plus the discounts that were given to me thanks to Cortez's hard work.
