I just love 1. how the service department treats my car like it is their car. (safety priority always!)2. how many ethnicities i see at the dealership and how friendly everyone is treated (respect/kindness)3. how every effort is made to make sure the customer understands the recommended service needs but no sales pressure if people opt not to fix something immediately unless it's safety related.GOOD JOB!
