They resolved one issue with me making another appt and getting that covered today. The other numerous issues were neither resolved nor addressed (despite me bringing them directly to my salesman Neil in a detailed email that he never responded to- class act!)

Neil was kind, informative and patient with me during this process! he was great to work with! The whole crew was great-Sara, Sam, Mary, Neil and Angel. It was important for me to stay with white bar Mitsubishi based off of the service I received for the past nine years mainly from Cortez. I think it’s important to recognize all of the people that have made an impact there and that is why I’ve stayed with the dealership. the service is unmatched and the level of care and making it right for your customers is why I will always be a fan of WBMit!

Need to remodel and expand the showroom and customer waiting area

I did not call them to tell them about the turn over of my garbage container on the floor on the front passenger side of my car. I was so angry I just wanted to forget about it.
