The inspection results were overpriced and offered zero explanations.Why, with a 2 year old vehicle, do I need a new battery, or a new transfer case? Advance Auto Parts scan suggested I need a new alternator, which SHOULD ALL BE UNDER THE 60,000 MILE WARRANTY, but instead White Bear Insists they are not, and wants to charge $250++ for each service and never mentioned an alternator issue (which would explain the faulty battery, if so!)! There is NO REASON a BRAND NEW VEHICLE should need these things unless they SOLD ME A LEMON. I am beyond frustrated, I am disgusted and INSULTED. And then to have ZERO reply from my salesman, Neil, adds injury to this insult. Absolutely AWFUL. I wish I never would have recommended White Bear Mitsu to me friend who ended up purchasing from them, now knowing how SHADY their service department and warranties are!

I thought the service was very good and everything that I needed done was completed. Thank youI have never had any major issues with the car, but my family members do have the brand names they would prefer and own.

Parts were replaced without permission and it was just brushed off that it wasn’t very much money. Seemed very focused that I had work done somewhere else. Said I needed a brake flush because of the color of the brake fluid, but I just had that done when I got new brakes elsewhere.Small parts added on for oil change. Even if it’s $15 I would expect someone to come tell me before just doing it. It seemed like changing the parts out was more of a convenience vs a need. No pictures or showing me the parts that were replaced.Waited nearly 10 min for someone to come out even though both bays were empty and several people walking around inside.

Again, just felt like they didn’t take the time to review what the techs found before sitting down with me.Just felt like the consultant didn’t take the time to pre-review anything before sitting down to explain what the techs found.

Could have used a wash, unsure of why it didn't get oneI don't have much experience with Car Dealerships as this is only my 2nd car bought through one. I would say your company has made it way better than the last company. I feel good so far.I feel like this is the first visit I've had and as we continue to do business I can better assess the quality of Service.

I'll keep coming here for all my service needs.Great service and I was in and out promptly. The people I talked with were very friendly.Also, I have been coming to Mitsubishi since 1986.
