I came into Mitsubishi not to buy a car but my check engine light came on it was very frustrating but lucky for me I ended up with Jordan in the service department he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that even someone who knows absolutely nothing about cars (me) could understand, and he did it all with the sweetest and professional attitude. He never made me feel dumb for asking a million questions, and he was honestly so patient and helpful and has great communication. I honestly almost forgot my car was being fixed in the first place.Jordan genuinely helped me understand what was going on with my car and what my options were. He was friendly, respectful, and made the whole situation way less stressful than it could’ve been i had for gotten i got a warranty on my car.If your car ever decides to have a meltdown, I hope you get a Jordan. 10/10 Thank You Mr.French 😗

I didn’t use it.Friendly staff and a job well done. My wait time was longer than told and my auto start wasn’t explained clearly but I also could have went back in and questioned how it all worked… we figured it out though and I love having this feature.

They told me my wiper blades needed replacement. I had just replaced them myself 2 weeks earlier.
