My cousin who came in at same time with me also needed a new battery that had a bad cell, like mine, and she was told same bad information I was first told. She also questioned that information and got correct info from second person. Need to get everyone on the same page.Good service department except for first person who had wrong information on replacement battery. Twice she gave bad information, but second person who she brought out said the 5 year warranty battery that lasted only three years was replaced by a new 5 year battery. So in the end got correct. But had I not contested that initial information I would have been screwed.
