Neil was kind, informative and patient with me during this process! he was great to work with! The whole crew was great-Sara, Sam, Mary, Neil and Angel. It was important for me to stay with white bar Mitsubishi based off of the service I received for the past nine years mainly from Cortez. I did not call them to tell them about the turn over of my garbage container on the floor on the front passenger side of my car. I was so angry I just wanted to forget about it.

I was caught off guard that I had to pay a diagnostic fee when my car was under warranty. My check engine light was on so I came in for recall, oil change and check engine. I then got cheated a diagnostic fee. Never in all my life have I been charged that when under warranty
