Between Matt not reading my emails or comprehending/ absorbing the warranty issue I needed fixed, and then my directly telling the service technician what I needed and SHOWING him when I dropped my vehicle off, I am flabbergasted they didn't replace the missing part, even after Jordan SAID THEY DID. WOW.They didn't do the ONE THING I asked them to do!You could actually listen/ read and do the warranty work asked for instead of focusing on where you could overcharge for basic maintenance! You could install license plates with FOUR screws. You could NOT LIE when you say you did something you absolutely did not do!I was ignored when I pulled in with the rental for quite some time while my tech was talking with other staff and another customer. A different tech gave me my maintenance sheet and had me meet my vehicle at the roundabout out front. I was in a rush to return to work and noticed later that the ONE THING I needed them to accomplish WAS NOT DONE.Having to return after the service department/ past technician lied about replacing the one thing I was missing and came in for, and now having to RETURN is absolutely bonkers.I was offered a rental as a means to appease their past poor communication. Come to find out that poor communication/ not listening seems to be their baseline. Neato. I also was not given a copy of the rental agreement I signed.

Fast service since I don't live close by I didn't want to wait there forever. The waiting room is very clean and has a lot of free amenities.Great and fast service dept.

I didn't notice till I pulled away but whoever worked on my car turned the trash can on the front seat passenger side floor, was turned over and the garbage was dumped out on the floor and the container turned over on top of the garbage. How rude is that! I am the only person that uses my car. So I didn't do it! Looks like a person really doesn't care to do their best job. Not happy. I considered not saying anything but if we don't complain then it can't be fixed.I said my peace.overall the service was get it was just for the recall.

Jordan is an excellent employee and deserves to be recognized.Received a recall notice for the lift gate springs on my 2020 Outlander Phev. I spoke with Jordan French your Service Advisor about getting this scheduled. I've worked with Jordan before and he's always been honest with me and my Service needs. I also scheduled an oil change a front end alignment and I purchased new tires since you were having a buy 3 get one for a dollar sale.
