Couldn't ask for a better team of people to work with.I like to be in person talking to someone but the website is good too, I just prefer people.Nick was absolutely amazing he listened and was very patient and at the end sold me my dream car that I originally wanted when I first came in.

I've been a customer for many years. For several years, in each survey, I requested that a hook be installed inside the women's restroom stall for hanging my purse. About a year ago, it was finally done! I was so happy to be heard. The hook has since been removed. I do not like having to place my purse on the floor, and I do not want to hang it outside the stall on that hook. This should be a simple fix. Also, as previously mentioned, the 3% service fee for credit card processing is not sitting well with me.the 3% processing fee for using a credit card was a surprise.I used to rate this a 10 every time. I get treated well, the work is done quickly, and I feel confident going there. however, when I paying for the repair I was told that there is now a 3% service charge for using a credit card for payment. This should be a business expense, not paid by customer. I have a small business, selling less than $4k per year and I absorb the cost of credit card processing, most people are using cards not cash. A large company like this should consider credit card processing a cost of doing business as well.

I have bought 2 new vehicles from White Bear Mitsubishi. Every time I come in for a scheduled maintenance, I'm warmly welcomed. In some ways because I have gotten to know sales staff, it feels like family - a friendly hello, a cup of coffee, warm conversation and a casual place to sit.
