One thing, if the original owner is the only one who can use the free oil change code it should be taken out of my log in services. I purchased a 24 Eclipse Cross that had 17, 500 on it. I assumed any codes in my log in should be able to be used.

I was under the impression the car would be ran through the carwash. It was notGreat customer service

I made an appointment for an oil change for a specific time. However, when I arrived I had to wait in line behind customers that just drove up without an appointment. It took a half hour before my car began being serviced for a simple oil change. It’s disappointing to mingle customers with appointments with customers that just come in unannounced.I think they are trying to be customer focused.
