It was fine in times offered.Did things that were not part of the recall, and then I has a longer wait.Advisor manager was good , and informative but the timing tooo way too long. Was told a different time then what i waited. Almost 2.1/2 hours. The texting option did not work, so wheni approached the counter rep she was so busy talking that someone else had to tell her i was waiting. She was ver unfriendly and not at all interested in helping. I've been her before, and all persons were friendly, but this time it lacked professionalism and customer care. Mostly in the waiting area. That part felt very unkept and sloppy.Was told to text for asking questions and then the texting site malfunctioned.

Lack of communication. No communication friday when I came back in to say there was still a problem. No communication Saturday or Monday even though I called. My service advisor wasnt working Monday, but I feel like someone else could have addressed this problem if it was a loose hose from fixing the original issue.

I am satisfied. However, only one key was available requiring me to make an appointment to get a second key made. Also, some type of oil based substance was sprayed on the tires and wheels to make them shiny. However, the same oil oversprayed onto the brakes and rotors causing issues with braking for several days. Might want to be a bit more careful with overspray.I did not finance, but it won't let me get past this page without checking the boxesBrandon, my salesperson, was very personable and helpful.Parts prices and availability are not listed on the website.

Need other car models on show floor. SUV's aren't enough. Pickups & Sports cars would be nice.My car is Pug infested. It was a bit loud in there. May be helpful to have the wifi password in more than one spotI was recommended to get tires. I'm still waiting for the service tech to follow up with me regarding a question about scheduling an appointment in early November and still honoring the tire sale.Good service, easy to schedule
