Somewhere in the process my car was thought to be that of a former (deceased) owner even though I'm a 12-year White Bear owner. They tried to notify a dead man that his car was ready but never looked for me.I'd like more munchies. Denny Hecker offered rolls in the morning. Mini-hot dogs in the afternoonObviously didn't pay attention when booking me in.already haveI already have.My last appointment was poorly processed. My car was finished almost 2 hours before I took action and was told it was done.

We knew what we wanted came in filled out the paperwork while our car was being delivered from another dealer. We came back the next day and picked up keys and new vehicle and left. PerfectHelpful and fast, not a lot of sitting around waiting.

As said previouslyGetting charged a diagnostic charge for a car under warranty is unacceptable. I asked many others and they had never heard of this either.
