I had called on a Thursday and was told she would call me back. There was no call back that day nor was there a callback on Friday. I had the issue happen on that Saturday, I called Neil he advised I call Monday morning immediately and see if I can get a service appointment. I was able to get in, however my service rep was very nonchalant about being there. I scheduled my appointment for 9 - 9:30. Fast forward to 3:30ish, I still had not heard from my service rep, so I reached back out. I was told that they did not get my car in at the time they scheduled, mind you it was for either a battery going bad fast or the alternator being bad. I did not get a call but got a text stating that and that they would cover the courtesy car fee and she would call me in the morning. Still no call, but again a text stating my car was ready and that I could pick it up when I was ready. Very poor communications and this was not the first time.Neil Hinz is amazing

Great job done, but read the responses your customer sends in regards to the vehicle for clarityI pointed out a problem that is visible and it still was not fixed the first time just because it wasn’t among what was diagnosed though it was physically visible to the eye. I had to point it out again when I came to pick up that was when it was fixed, already I had spent time that I should not have spent there’.
