Great job done, but read the responses your customer sends in regards to the vehicle for clarityI pointed out a problem that is visible and it still was not fixed the first time just because it wasn’t among what was diagnosed though it was physically visible to the eye. I had to point it out again when I came to pick up that was when it was fixed, already I had spent time that I should not have spent there’.

Was told when I scheduled appointment it would be 2 1/2 hrs. It was 4 hrs until service came to tell me they recommend 5 more maintenance services totalling 1500.00 . It was a bit of a shock to me. I had them do 1 and left after being there at 11:10 until 4:15.I'm happy with my vehicle

Facility was fineI had to go back in because I had a low tire light on. It was explained that after I drive it it would go off. That should have been told to me or they should have made sure it was off. I also never found out what tire was low or if it was all of themNot as welcoming as it used to be. Fell like you only want to make money.Disappointed in that wasn’t asked to perform somethings that needed done. Only oil change. I also had a coupon. Based on coupon I was still charged more. Prices aren’t then posted correctly.
