Ensure service dept does not up-sell customers and scam them out of money like many other auto shops do based on commissions paid out. If this was done during my visit I would never go back but due to the positive experience I had performing the work requested I will go back.I wasn't upsold on anything. The service I requested was the service sold. I didn't feel scammed. My wife owns a Honda and at the Honda dealer they scam their customers by quoting customers one price then asking for another as well as selling unnecessary services and fixing problems that don't exist. Due to this bad experience I will never go back to the Honda dealer. Due to the positive experience at Mitsubishi I will probably go back without question.

My fault here, but I should have looked at the APR. You got me =)The paint was flawless.There were leaves(particles) stuck in between the window molding.The engine bay had leaves in between the engine/transmission and we found a half-built rat nest. Remedied with an air blowerI like how accurate and upfront you guys are with the price, from the price we see online, to the actual sales price. I was afraid of the 'old' price because we didnt see it advertised inside/outside of the actual car when we got there. I had my fingers crossed that I was not going to get scammed, and I was prepared for it. But when Veronica pulled up the price on the computer, it had already included the (-$2500) for the G4 Mirage. So I was happy.Perhaps the only issue I really have is when any car is purchased, the detailer should use a big blower, and blow out any excess, to include the engine bay area. I did spot a minor half-built rat house inside the engine bay. But in the event of an actual nest crawling with critters, it is not a good look. I love Mitsubishis, and you guys were awesome to work with! I just want other people to give more perfect reviews than me! And then hopefully I will be the last of my kind! :)Keep it up with the website! It's an amazing experience knowing what you would walk into prior to being there. Oh, and the Finance lady, she was very nice. She did her job really well, pitched some sales, but in the end, just a smidge pressure, which is what I like. And she wasnt angry and folding pieces of paper around like that other Acura guy from across the street. Had to walk away from him, but you guys on the other hand, were honorable. :)Family friendly environment, no hassles, just smooth all-around.
