Facility was fineI had to go back in because I had a low tire light on. It was explained that after I drive it it would go off. That should have been told to me or they should have made sure it was off. I also never found out what tire was low or if it was all of themNot as welcoming as it used to be. Fell like you only want to make money.Disappointed in that wasn’t asked to perform somethings that needed done. Only oil change. I also had a coupon. Based on coupon I was still charged more. Prices aren’t then posted correctly.

Ensure service dept does not up-sell customers and scam them out of money like many other auto shops do based on commissions paid out. If this was done during my visit I would never go back but due to the positive experience I had performing the work requested I will go back.I wasn't upsold on anything. The service I requested was the service sold. I didn't feel scammed. My wife owns a Honda and at the Honda dealer they scam their customers by quoting customers one price then asking for another as well as selling unnecessary services and fixing problems that don't exist. Due to this bad experience I will never go back to the Honda dealer. Due to the positive experience at Mitsubishi I will probably go back without question.
