I missed the last survey for the work done on my catalytic converter a couple of months back, but I wanted to express how great Cortezz was. Throughout the process he routinely checked in to update me and took care of the hassle dealing with my insurance, and got my heated seats and AutoStart installed during it as well. Service so good that i actually filled out the survey.Cortezz is top tier customer service

The sign in on wifi was to long and clumsey, and no ice machine and no diet soda availabeThe LOF service that I received for my Outlander was very good and fast.

Again.... my overheard console display fell off a few days after it was serviced. So ... I can't be completely happy about how the vehicle was returned to me.The parts guy was easy to work with. I ended up buying a set of Michelin Cross Climate II's from the dealership because of a positive discussion with him. I had been planning to just get the tires at Discount Tire.There are really good team members peppered throughout the organization. But.... it still feels like the goal of the dealership is to maximize their revenue. I mean... pushing a $900.00 30,000 mile service that the competitor does for $450.00? Really?

They had to run my car thru the carwash to do the window film refresh, and 3 of my 6 magnetic signs from back of car were missing when my car was returned to me. Adviser went into carwash and retrieved 2 but couldn't find the third, was very apologetic but I figured nothing could be done about it and I would just have to find a way to order another. 2 days later I got a call from adviser that she had FOUND the third magnet and she will mail it to me! YAY! Super excited since that one was going to be a difficult one to replace!Always good service, friendly advisers

Got me in and out in reasonable amount of time. Tech gave me all the info I needed and was very nice. Very clean in garage and waiting room

I was never contacted
