Quick and fast service

Improvement needs to be done with the roadside assistant phone number. I called Mitsubishi after the roadside assistant never answered couldn’t get through after trying several times. Mitsubishi gave me a number to a towing service that I had to pay for upfront. And it was a towing service that Mitsubishi says they never use.I was told to submit the receipt and Mitsubishi will refund my charge. Now that is Customer Service at its best.I do appreciate Mitsubishi, but fix that roadside assistance.Easy to get in for service.The service team works on your vehicle when brought in and keeps you up-to-date with what needs to be done.The lobby is clean, comfortable.

Customer service. I dealt with Ray Allen on Friday September late 5th I'll ate morning and again on Monday evening Sept 8th along with Cortez and Jordan regarding a new tire replacement issue. Having a coupon to reduce the total cost on both dates also helped.
