My sales consultant was a HOOT. She made buying a car very fun!! I wish I could clone her for all my sales experiences.I thoroughly enjoyed working with my sales consultant, the finance consultant, and the sales manager. They were simply outstanding.

Fast service

Seemed to be lacking knowledge when I overheard him speaking to other customers. In example, he told a female customer that she had "nitrous" in her tires, I am assuming he meant nitrogen, but he repeated it multiple times.Overall good experience, reason it wasn't a 10 was the fact that I could overhear service writers trying to "upsell" to particularly women. I understand that they are in the business of upsetting, however being someone very knowledgeable about cars, it bothered me to hear them lying or bending the truth. You could tell they would speak differently to different customers based on as I observed, their assumed knowledge.
