WB Mitsubishi is the best!

Every time I call to schedule an appointment, I always get voicemail. Then I have to wait for them to call me back.

I had my tires changed and they even gave me a ride home so I could wait there, while the work was being done. And I must say I have had “JESS“ a number of times and she is extraordinary! Her customer service skills are excellent and she always explains things so well and always with a smile!Because everyone is so accommodating, especially JESS.

The staff in the White Bear location are friendly and knowlegable. They make buying a car fun instead of stressful.Sara Vollmer was an excellent resource and helped us make informed decisions during each step of the process.

Had my car detailed think they should inspect it one last time, sprayed back of seat and never wiped it off, floor mats are extremely slippery. Dirt still in a few spotsEveryone is so friendly and nice

Nancy Miller is a wonderful human being! She greeted us on first name basis and handled all our concerns and questions with such ease. She joked with us and made us feel like people instead of just another number. Everyone else was also extremely helpful and welcoming. They all took the time to chat with us and our son. So appreciated for everyone to acknowledge the kid!I just find it hard to navigate dealer websites on my phone. I rarely use a computer for searching anymore.From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces. The vibes when walking in make the buying experience so much more relaxingEverything is great except for the restrooms! Only one stall for the women’s restroom is frustrating.

None needed, Ya'll Nailed it It is a far cry from the Corpus Christi Dealership that has never sent our car through a Carwash after service or Oil Change when we go to Texas during the winter like you folks do !Your entire staff is superior , from Sales such as Brian to your Service Department .
