I went in for an oil change and they discovered I had a nail in one of my tires. The service was busy but they squeezed me in to replace my tire. My 30 minute oil changed turned into a 3 hour appointment. This was not the fault of Mitsubishi.The people are great! I'm always treated so well and with professionalism.

I got cut off from the person I was talking to, I called back and got an automated service which I could not get an appointment scheduled with. I was able to connect with the person who called me and was able to schedule very easily. Would not recommend the automated scheduling.We have always received wonderful service and it is a friendly atmosphere.
