I showed up needing a service on my vehicle, the check in was quick and the service advisor was polite and helped with other services that would fit my budget. The amount of time it took to complete the services was about right and the check out was quick as well. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who has a vehicle that needs servicing.

Everything was fine, but I left after the repair of my tire and drove 2 blocks and the low tire pressure light came on with the warning so I turned around and went back to Mitsubishi and waited a few minutes to find out the technician didn't put enough air in the new tire. It was fixed and have had no problem with the new tire sinceEveryone was very friendly

Only that I received a phone call an hour after I got home accusing me of not paying my bill. I have been coming to WB Mitsubishi for many many years and have never not paid for the services done. Hopefully next time it is checked before a call is made.It is easy to get an appointment everyone is very helpful.
