Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the transaction. He worked with me to find the right vehicle with the options that were the ones I wanted. Very happy with the experience.Matt and Mary spent hours with me making sure that I was able to find the right vehicle for me and my wants. I came planning to purchase one specific vehicle and discovered it didn't have the features I want. Matt worked hard to check inventory and Mary checked for the best price.

Efficiency

Nick was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The few times he didn't know the answer to my questions, he was resourceful and asked or looked it up. I knew I could trust him when he did that instead of guessing or making up an answer. Nick and Alex both showed great patience and grace as my journey to choose and retrieve my car panned three days. When I could not decide between two trim packages on paper, Nick said with a smile "Heck, I can pull both of these up and you can sit in both of them and see for yourself what the difference is." I don't think I ever saw Nick without a smile on his face the whole 3 days.I was not pressured.The staff were professional and went the extra mile to satisfy my curiosity and answer questions.
