Jeff Olson, our salesman, was very attentive as to what we needed. (I am short and sometimes sterring wheel and seat adjustments don't meet my requirements.) Jeff explained a couple options that they had. He was totally correct and he didn't try selling something else that would not have worked for me.

Had to go through twice. First time through I expected confirmation button to be at the bottom and saw a large SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT or something like that at the bottom. Poor memory, I clicked on that which took me back to the start. That was when I realized the completion button was at the top and I quickly repeated my scheduling.Service was quick, all my questions answered (I am the recent owner of a used Outlander PHEV and had questions). An adequate customer lounge. Men's restroom was clean but appearance did not meet the standards of the rest of the dealership.
