Jess was our Service Coordinator and She did an Excellent Job !!We purchased Our 2022' Mitsubishi Outlander NEW, as a present to Me for My 70th Birthday, at White Bear Mitsubishi. We moved to Oklahoma in 2023', but the OKC Dealer is Not up to par. We recently visited our Minnesota Family and wanted Our SUV serviced at White Bear Mitsubishi while We were in town.

Neil is an amazing person, and his knowledge and experience shine through. I am excited to have a new relationship with Mitsubishi, and I owe that to Neil in sales and Matt in finance.I was met with sincere kindness and was not ambushed as I walked through the doors to the lobby. Many dealerships seem to rush at you when you enter a lobby. I felt comfortable looking around and was greeted, and asked if I needed assistance. I did say I was looking for sales, and was connected to our salesperson.

The guys were great at helping me out. I had a low tire and I had two tire gages that both read differently. They checked my tires for me and found the leak and fixed it right away for me.

Not sure what the ladies name was, but she kept trying to push a hybrid on us even after we told her no. We almost left without buying a vehicle, but the sales rep that we were dealing with made us want to stay.I think if someone was hat buys a brand new car from your lot, you hat they should get weather tech for the whole vehicle.Sarah was awesome
