I wish you let the client to see or watch their cars how they do it, the service or the repair. It’s more transparent to the customer that the service or the repair to their car, they do it professionally.Because before I had an experience there at white bear like five years ago… I brought my car for oil change then after 15mins . It’s done already the advisor said. They did the oil change and the multi inspection with in 15mins. When I got home I checked my oil. And it’s like brownish going to black color still .. but that was before .

I love the way the service department team treated me . Also I was informed about a recall that I wasn’t aware of off and she explained what it was and ask if I would like it done while I wait. When the work was done she explained everything that was done and what was recommended .
