It's a minor thing, and it was resolved quickly - but - if there is a discount email that goes out to customers, it should be applied. I asked, it was applied, and I checked out. I made the appointment from the link on the Mitsubishi site, It should flag the discount? Shouldn't it?I always have good experiences at White Bear Mitsubishi. The tech guy told me to leave the keys with the car, well I took my purse and walked away, no keys left in my car. Pour guy had to track me down. My fault, just so automatic.I always use the drive up in the morning for my oil change while I am in the area and get in right away. Usually never have to wait.

My one gripe is with the increasing cost of services, but I recognize this is industry-wide. It just hurts the wallet now that I am unable to do regular maintenance myself as I used to with my vehicles. Nonetheless, White Bear Mitsubishi provides 10/10 service & have been informative & helpful with troubleshooting small issues with my vehicle when they have arisen. By far best experience with a dealership I have had. Jordan the service advisor is always a great help.Informative service staff and very accomodating
