I love the way the service department team treated me . Also I was informed about a recall that I wasn’t aware of off and she explained what it was and ask if I would like it done while I wait. When the work was done she explained everything that was done and what was recommended .

It's a minor thing, and it was resolved quickly - but - if there is a discount email that goes out to customers, it should be applied. I asked, it was applied, and I checked out. I made the appointment from the link on the Mitsubishi site, It should flag the discount? Shouldn't it?I always have good experiences at White Bear Mitsubishi. The team is always friendly and helpful.

Service was great just have to wait for touch screen replacementDrove in was met right away went into waiting room tech came in and explained everything about my screen and ordered update love my Mitsubishi love my dealership

The tech guy told me to leave the keys with the car, well I took my purse and walked away, no keys left in my car. Pour guy had to track me down. My fault, just so automatic.I always use the drive up in the morning for my oil change while I am in the area and get in right away. Usually never have to wait.
