The Service Dept staff immediately understood my car issues when I first called, and were able to estimate the time and expense for repairs. The appointment for repair was quick and easy to set up. The sales consultant was amazing helping to answer questions and provide advice on how and what options we could have to purchase our new car. She’s trustworthy so we didn’t have issue sharing things with her. We’re grateful to connect with her.Satisfied with my purchase

Services were done to my vehicle that I did not approve and yet I still had to pay for them because they were already done. Then during my service you marked off that my windshield wipers were acceptable in good however, all three of my wipers are torn and do not hit the windshield whatsoever so how they passed inspection I don’t understand.NothingDon’t do work on vehicles you are not approved to do. Don’t take it upon yourself and assume the work is to be done. I didn’t ask for my air filter to be changed. I could’ve done it myself. I didn’t ask for it to be done but yet it was still done. My wipers need replacement but yet they passed your inspection. That’s impossible.Again services were completed on my vehicle that I did not approve

I can clearly hear an issue with shocks in back but they couldn't find anythingRequested car wash and failed to get it once againI would like to see the customer service, quality of service and reliability of service to go back to what it once was. To be fair my advisor offered an interior cleaning next time, but it was offered before and never completed so we shall see next timeI didn't see the multi check paperwork so can't be 100 percent sure and I was not there to see what they did to check back shocks

Jordan greeted me like I was family. The whole crew was super friendly and they fixed it right the first time. The Mitsubishi factory warranty is amazing and the repair cost me nothing. I love this place!

I had called in two times before to schedule an appointment was told I would be called back and wasn’t.Finally stopped in at the dealership and got scheduled and was apologized to so appreciated that.Was told that a wheel bearing was bad and that they could fix it right then and did so.Good service and explanation of what was done

Neil was fantastic to work with. He explained everything to us so throughly. He was patient and showed us all the features in the vehicle.Everything from start to finish was so easy. Never did we feel pressured. Every person we encountered was kind and made sure every question was answered
