N/AI was aware that my tires needed servicing, and understood that they would need repairs once the service advisor informed and I approved the costs. However, I was not informed about how much time said repairs would take to complete. I was under the impression that waiting at the dealership would mean that my car would be prioritized and finished efficiently, as people inevitably have other things that they need to do in a day and so need efficient service. I had additional appointments scheduled for that day, and needed to pick up my child in a timely manner. Because I was not informed or updated about a timeline of service completion, everything took so long that I had to reschedule another appointment and nearly had to arrange for alternate pickup for my child. My place of work always discloses information about time frames for treatments, services, and care provided, and I was disappointed in the lack of information at a dealership that claims to provide high quality service to its customers.It claimed to be a quiet waiting area, but it was not quiet at all, which was not helpful for trying to get work done or being productive.I was not offered alternative options for transportation, which would have been very helpful, as I was not aware nor ever told that the appointment would take an exorbitant amount of time.
