I feel like I have completed this survey already, but in the chance that I have not, the steering wheel and manual shift stick knob could have been cleaner. both had a very tacky feeling to them when I picked up my car. I remedied the issue with a couple Clorox wipes. Not a deal breaker here but who wants grease residue on their hands..right?.I am a long time Mitsubishi owner, (+25 years) and it is rare for me to have an unfortunate experience at WB Mitsubishi.WBM does a very good job keeping me informed of my vehicle during servicing

Easy to get an appointment when I wanted it on a moment's notice. Hour appointment done in 20 minutes. Service people communicative.

This was a longer appointment as I was having several things serviced. It would be nice to have a courtesy ride or a rental to use so I didn’t have to spend several hours waiting. But very satisfied with all the work done. Thank you.
