A generator is needed for power outages to run oxygen for those residents in need.

There is a lack of communication. Need to know what's going on. Dining staff seem to hear us but do not improve.The new bus is not geared for older people who cannot walk. Walking a RAMP is fearful.Need to have a lift. Also walking up the steps is hard without hand grips. All told the van is not acceptable.Our library needs a face lift.Very little attention is handed. Need to have a modest budget for new books.

Several things first the cable for television that this facility has been out going on 13 days as of today and Monday, 22 October no fix inside people depend on television here because of their confinement in certain areas anyway, we get one excuse after another, but no fixing Number two. It took him almost a year to get a shuttle bus going so Iended up buying a brand new one with a ramp instead of the left. Most of the people here have trouble walking. They’re not that ambulatory number three. The elevator took almost a year to be repaired on the east side And that compromise people living upstairs. I know they went through a corporate ownership change, but that doesn’t give him an excuse to take more time than required. It was just not enough follow up for the needs of this facility to support our seniors. I suggested they could install a modem and router in the activity room for people to watch television when the cable system goes down The same router modem system that’s used for the Wi-Fi of the computer system here that the Medex used to maintain our scheduled medication. That’s probably why this facility only has half of the residence living here. That’s a loss revenue for the corporation. Please get some help for the residence for having a basic Television coverage.

1. I think the place needs some prucing up. The chairs and carpet are not well taken care of.2. My mom and aunt are able to take the community health care bus. However, it seems like your facility should provide support for residents to attend community events, etc. Even help with uber or Lyft would be useful.

There are a few things that the Headquarters need to deal with. You have received letters about the different things pending. Please take these seriously.Thank you.

The corporation that runs this place so that’s themselves we are almost half of the apartments unoccupied. Why are the requests on the residence ignored for little things like upholstery in the chairs, kitchen upgrade, carpet replacement, etc.
