I have nothing but good to say about White River Memory Care. The staff members are so caring and show a sincere concern over, not only the residents, but family members as well. The facility is clean and gives the feeling of walking into a fine hotel. Housekeeping is kept very busy. The food looks appitizing and my husband rarely leaves anything on his plate. I appreciate that they try to make all residents feel special, from the cloth table napkins and tablecloth to including them in activities. I give high kudos to the facility and 'all' staff members/employees.

It is difficult to get ahold of someone on the phone or get a call back about a request result or concern.

Not a good place!!!
