Anderson clinic is exceptional; however, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I understand that you provide individual attention to each patient and certainly appreciate it. No complaints. It would be good if you could reduce the patient wait time.

There was an effort to create an atmosphere of good. The appointment took a turn when insurance versus cash payout was discussed.

All in person communications from Mount Vernon Hospital and Dr Williams office were basically the same. However the emails from inovermychart and the Force apps were confusing and in some part different. As an elderly man this was hard to navigate .
