The appointment process with my out of network insurance and then my Medicare policy was very frustrating. I should not have been able to make the first appointment. My appointment yesterday started with the receptionist telling me the appointment had been canceled! I’m sorry but I spoke quite loudly to her. But to her credit, she got the situation under control and I was able to see Dr Hamilton 1.5 hour later. From that point, things went really well.

I have been with the Anderson Orthopedic group my whole and I’m 77 now. I tell everyone to go to you guys.
