Our discussion was highly productive, and her thorough responses provided much-needed clarity on procedural details, medication scheduling, and personalized recommendations to facilitate post-operative recovery.Her thoughtful compilation of medications—prioritized by necessity and correlated with potential discomfort levels—was particularly helpful. Additionally, her offer to remain available for further questions as we approach the surgery date is greatly appreciated.I thank her once again for her expertise, time, and support. In my case, the follow up visit with Dr Hamilton could have been conducted over zoom and save me my entire morning of driving to and from Alexandria in rush hour traffic. There were no x rays, no one even asked me to walk and observe me, just a three minute visit with a set of questions. It would be worth asking the questions in advance remotely and then make the patients come if it is necessary, such as for x rays or watching how the patient walks.

Question No. 3, final response above, was not discussed because I am currently undergoing physical therapy (until April 22, 2025). I have a follow-up appointment with Dr. Hamilton on April 30, 2025 at Mount Vernon Hospital.
