On my first call I was set up with a PA in August even though I had been told I needed a knee replacement and had multiple shots. I was give the address and suite #. I called to verify in network for my insurance. This person was SO much more helpful. After verifying in network. She went over the address again and let me know that I should use the yellow entrance for the hospital. This was important info. She also advised that she had an appointment that Wednesday! I was so thrilled to get this! I wish I had written down her name. I so appreciated her help. At the appointment, all the staff was pleasant and helpful and took care to answer all my questions and concerns.

This was my first visit here, so I didn't know what to expect. The whole process was smooth and easy. Every staff member was professional, attentive, efficient, and yet didn't give the impression that I was being hurried at any time. Teamwork like clockwork.

Second knee with Dr. Hamilton, and also was here for a back injury. I feel confident in the care I have gotten, time after time. The peace of mind is worth a lot.

I don’t understand why I met with the PA when it is necessary for me to meet with the doctor before the surgery. It seems like an extra unnecessary step. I was also requested to get an MRI more than a week after my initial appointment, via the telephone.The initial timeframe to schedule my first appointment was over 3 weeks and then again, that was to see the PA who basically said I need to see the doctor??

Dr Hamilton is an amazing surgeon. He did my right hip 3 years ago. He is going to do my left hip soon. I had a quick recovery and excellent results with my hip. I live over 2 hours away. He is worth the trip..

Dr. Hamilton is very professional and he listened to all of my symptoms. This is my first visit with him and he made me feel comfortable and I am confident he will correct my hip problems.
