I am very happy with the care I have received here. Dr. Hamilton and the staff are wonderful and I love my new hip!

Everything ok.

Nurse was not personal and seemed rushed to dispense information. Like she was behind schedule and wanted to get done as soon as possible. When you’re the patient, it’s your first time hearing all of this so rushing through the information is not in the best interest of the patient. I’m sure she has said it 1 million times but she needs to consider that it’s my first time.

My experience was very positive and I was very happy with Dr. Hamilton.

You all are awesome - in thought, word and deed. You, all inclusive, were beyond my expectations. Cannot thank-you enough.

The appointment process with my out of network insurance and then my Medicare policy was very frustrating. I should not have been able to make the first appointment. My appointment yesterday started with the receptionist telling me the appointment had been canceled! I’m sorry but I spoke quite loudly to her. But to her credit, she got the situation under control and I was able to see Dr Hamilton 1.5 hour later. From that point, things went really well.

I have been with the Anderson Orthopedic group my whole and I’m 77 now. I tell everyone to go to you guys.
