Excellent communication and the MD observing the X-rays with the patient while explaining the prognosis.

Dr Hamilton and his team have been absolutely amazing, even with the difficulties my severe intolerance to NSAIDs has presented in the course of my treatment.That said, I'm less than happy with the anesthesiologist the hospital provided for my surgery on the 21st, though. He really botched my spinal block, caused me to aspirate into my left lung and seriously damaged my uvula while intubating.I will absolutely recommend Dr Hamilton and the Anderson Clinic to anyone needing a joint replacement.

So far everything seems to be going better than expected. My pain level has improved dramatically after just a day after the procedure.

Contingencies when at the surgery center is there’s an emergency during the surgery and if I need to stay overnight.

Was a backup of patients the morning I was there. 8:45 app’t - left the hospital at 10:15. Had 5 min visit with doctor. He was apoligetic - not their fault. Several early patients came late causing appointments to back up. Perhaps a small time allowance can be made & if the patient isn’t there- reschedule.Dr Hamilton. Is terrific.

I can’t say enough how kind and caring Dr Hamilton is. I work in the healthcare field and I am always impressed by Dr Hamilton’s concern for my care. I have given his name to associates who have been looking for an orthopedic surgeon. I feel he is top notch. My own surgery was a great success, thanks to his skill. I can’t thank him enough. He gave me a chance to be pain free for the first time in 2 years. Hip pain is no joke. Please consider this doctor. His skill level is awesome and his compassion is evident

Nothing was communicated about the long wait - that’s my only complaint.Not your fault - but parking was insane

Great facility & staff!

The text message for preregistration did not work & i never received a promised instruction e-mail. I then registered directly via the Anderson Clinic website but had to provide the same information all over again when I arrived for my office visit. Tremendous & unnecessary waste of time. I also was annoyed at the mandatory nature of the request for my social security number. Medical offices are notoriously bad for keeping such information secure & they do not need such information.
