It seems like the lady at check in is a little overwhelmed and with too much work to handle at the same time, so the level & quality of attention is being affected.

Dr. Hamilton has replaced both of my hips and knees over the course of two decades. I respect and appreciate his incredible skills and his professional and friendly manner. His team has always taken great care of me.

I did not get a call one or two days before to verify my appointment. I think that should be the standard. The morning of the appointment I tried to call in to confirm it and could not get a callback for about 30 minutes. I think that is a ridiculous wait time do you need more staff and answer the phones. Otherwise I visit and interactions with Dr. Hamilton have been great.

I have had 4 successful joint replacements there- all done by Dr. Hamilton.
