Dr. Hamilton is a “listener”, he waited until I finished explaining my pains/aches & concerns. He addressed each of my concerns, showed me my just taken X-rays and did a physical check of my right knee joint.He’s a very professional & caring surgeon.

Everything went well. The wait time was not excessive and explanations were thorough

I have been going to the Anderson Clinic since 2007. Dr Hamilton has been awesome. He has replaced most of my joints from the waist down. I tell my friends, that he is the reason I can move. He is direct and honest, kind and caring. He listens. He is the best surgeon I’ve ever had. I am grateful to him and the Anderson Clinic. PS the 4th floor staff at Mt Vernon are awesome too!

Dr. Hamilton is a rock star. He replaced my left knee and the healing, reduction of pain, and increase in strength have been smooth and steady due to his skill and procedures. I did everything he said and the results were above my expectations. We scheduled a date in April to replace the right knee. If it goes as well as the left, I may be young again by fall.My only complaint was that his nurse liaison was not as thoughtful or helpful as I would have liked. All other Anderson professionals including the physician’s assistant, nurse, fellow etc., were first rate.I also liked the FORCE app that guided me through pre and post op times. I stayed at the INOVA rehab center a couple weeks after surgery and still needed to hire a caregiver at home for a couple more weeks because I am old, obese, live alone, and have another bad knee. Recovery was not as fast as advertised, but it was steady and not unpleasant because I had a skilled surgeon and an outstanding care team.As an added bonus in a surgeon, Dr. Hamilton has a pleasant and caring personality and was able to recall the details of my case.I have already recommended Anderson to many friends. We are lucky to have such a world class facility in our area.
