Kind people at the front desk.

Loved the check in process and the ladies at the desk! Great sense of humor but kept professional at all times. The X Ray lady was fantastic as well! It was very obvious to me that she is working there because she's the best! Dr Hamilton's nurse was great as well. I just wish I knew what I needed to ask when we were there. She provided a boatload of information which I've read but now that I've read it I wish I could talk to her again. Dr Hamilton is everything I expected from my web search and what my physical therapist had told me about him. He listened to what we had to say - even though I'm sure some of it was wasting his time - and he got straight to what I wanted to know about my hips. I wish all of my doctors were straight ahead and personable like him! My only disappointment was that I would love to have him scope my knee as well as the hip replacements. But since he recommended a fellow doctor in the practice I feel confident I will be well cared for!!

I did not feel rushed. Dr. Hamilton listened and answered all my questions. I felt better after he put a plan in place to address my concerns.

Professional in Every respect. Staff is excellent. Worth going 1 hour out of my wsy to see Dr H and his team. 3 joint replacents over 10 years. no complications.

Beyond my expectations!! Am able to walk w/o any walking aid a bit shortly after my right hip arthroplasty procedure. Wonderful team members, including those (Vera, Karl, Jennifer, plus those at Harborside Surgery Center (Miniah, Erika)) who dealt with me, particularly with my hearing loss, Dr Hamilton has!

The entire staff exceeded what most would expect. Now only were they professional, but also exhibited care and concern as if they were a part of my family rather than just another patient . The staff even helped us when we got lost in our trip to the SurgiCenter.Not enough space here to express all of our praises. Thank you Dr Hamilton for your expertise.
