I have NEVER had a issue with taking my car in. Mike, my guy, love him, always calls with update and aways comes back clean (unless winter then give you a complimentary car wash (card) for a later date) & vacuumed out. Love my car & dealership.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Willis on my Land Rover. They were able to set up a loaner vehicle for me (very nice Volvo) and took great care of my vehicle. I was notified it was covered under warranty (very happy about that) and they kept me updated throughout the process. I NEVER had to call Kevin at Willis, he kept in touch with me via text, which I think is a great way to update customers with status without interrupting my usual hectic work day. Thanks to Kevin and the Willis Team... From the moment I purchased my vehicle and with the services performed I have been treated like a valued customer. I'm also happy to say in spite of some of the negative chatter I've read on line my Land Rover Discovery TD has never caused any significant issues, it's been reliable and a pleasure to drive. Willis Mini Cooper assisted us with an arranged home vehicle pick-up for an annual service. Incredibly fast and friendly, unbelievable. The service driver arrived on time as stated with the scheduling. The service scheduler ensured to asked if there were any issues ahead of time to ensure if there were any special attention needed for parts per-ordered and/or ready when my vehicle arrived, which there were none noted. The scheduler also setup a loaner vehicle during the time the vehicle was in for service and the turnaround time was super-fast three-days (1 day pick up, 1day service and 1 day return) over 180 miles one way to my home, I consider very quick. The driver was a saint super nice and courteous… Excellent service, best automotive dealership in the mid-west!! My wife and I love Willis Auto (Mini Cooper Dealership).
