I usually switch cars every 4-5 years and lothe the car buying experience. I didn't have it this time around.. it was a easy and joyful experience.. Willis Automotive made it worthwhile for me to drive down from the Twin Cities.

I brought my car in at 8:00 a..m. for Saturday service. Service was performed and the car washer by 9:00 a.m. Excellent job.

I gave Willis auto a problem that another shop couldn’t solve. The front end of my car was out of alignment . Adam - the service manager - worked with the problem till they finally solved it. Was fantastic to be able to drive my car on the road again with out having to fight the steering wheel

I'm on my third new Infiniti, all bought from Willis over the past ten years. I have to say they just keep getting better. I've never been to a car dealer where they treat you so well. From sales to finance to service, the delivery is flawless. I can't say enough about the service department and their attention to detail the respect they give the customer. I've taken my cars there for everything, but recalls. FYI-Never had a recall on an Infiniti. Work is done on a timely and professional basis and is very reasonable. No reason to risk taking your vehicle to one of those quick lube places and being sold a bill of goods. Willis takes care of the customer and has never pushed sales on extra services unless needed. Compared to other auto dealers, hands down Willis out-delivers on every aspect from a friendly sales staff, super clean and accommodating customer areas and a bend-over-backwards service department.

Both salesmen, for Mini, were extremely personable and honest. Never did I feel pressured, or intimidated to buy. I appreciated their own true thoughts and comments. Also, my 2005 VW GTI, which I traded in, was never put down. Really important to me.
