I purchase my vehicle at willis and I'm proud of my purchase ,service of complacent to my needs. I highly recommend there quality of service and people skills not to mention the honesty. If you forget any personal items it will be there when you come back for them and that's a 10 in my ratings. Thanks Willis.

Willis Auto Group is always a first class operation. I have used their Cadillac and now Infinity services and they have wonderful customer service.

Overall car looked much better.since it was a convertible I would have put top down and cleaned where top connects with windshield. My windshield had a chip in it that was not there when it was dropped off. Should have taken a video before I left the car. Now I know. Since it would have been my word again yours, I contacted the insurance company and had it repaired, but will probably have replaced soon.

We picked up our pre-owned vehicle last Saturday. The process was quick and easy. Everything was done with our convenience in mind., I’ve never worked with a car dealership that is more service oriented than Willis.

Willis Collision was one of the repair shops given to us by our insurance company. We called them on a Monday and took our car out the same day for an estimate. Kory was our advisor. He was very nice and took our car to make the estimate. He told us everything that had to be done and said he would work with the other insurance carrier since they were paying for it. He was honest and told us there might have to be aftermarket parts used. We took our car back in the following Monday and all repairs were completed by Wednesdday afternoon. They did a great job, the paint color matched and the car looked like it was before.
