Quentin went above and beyond for me! Words can’t express how incredibly happy I am with the service I was provided. I was told step by step what needed done, options I had available, and continued updates throughout the process. Only when I go to Quentin do I know for a fact that I’m getting the job done right and money well spent. He went out of his way for me! I will only be going here for now on.

I called on a Friday at 2p...they had me bring in my car right away. My windshield wipers weren't working. Jerrah (I think that's her name) set me up with car...sent me on my way called me with in a couple hrs and said they would have to order part. I had a loaner car all weekend. She called me on Tues am.....even had car delivered back to me!!! 5 Star rating. They were so nice...Great Customer Service!!!

I recently took my Cadillac XTS too Willis. I needed several things fixed on my car and was quoted a price. When it came time to pick my vehicle up , unfortunately it was a little higher than originally discussed (remind you, I aked to be called if there were any furthur charges because at this time , like most of us. I'm furloughed from work and have limited funds). But after speaking with my husband I decided to pay the amount but I WAS UPSET! Fortunately Jake from Willis reached out to me wanting to rate my experience and instantly he remedied the entire situation. Jake following up with me changed my Entire experience and I can Definitely say next time my car needs any servicing or repairs. I will be taking it to Willis everyime.

Bought a vehicle 4/19/2020 from Austin Parks in Waukee. Very professional experience, fair negotiation and no games or surprises! We’ve tried several times to put a deal together in Urbandale and were always unsuccessful - if you’re looking for a vehicle I highly recommend Austin.

Honest and so easy to communicate with. I let them know what truck that I was looking for and within an hour they were in contact with me and ready to trade. The process was so fast and simple.
