The Willis owners are top notch. I bought a used (2019) car and after two months had a problem that my salesman said wouldn't be a problem. I know I bought with an (as is) warranty but trusted my salesman. After I contacted the owners the problem was taken care of RED CARPET style. I would 100% buy another car from Willis auto. They have the best repair shop. Ryan from collision was the best. He treated my like I've never been treated at a car dealership and Ali from loaner cars was so friendly they took a bad situation and made it amazing. Thanks

It was easy to purchase the vehicle. Jack the sales manager was a delight and went above and beyond to make this deal happen and to help to completely surprise my wife as the car was an anniversary present for her. Outstanding customer service. Willis gets my ultimate recommendation to future car purchasers.

First, I want to begin saying that I shopped around to lease a car.... MINI in Des Moines was by far my favorite. I loved that people were not pushy and that their were many women working there. Everyone was polite, approachable, and extremely professional. I ended up leasing a MINI countryman from them and I LOVE it. They constantly follow up with me and service has been great.

I had repairs done to my car due to hitting a deer. The staff were awesome throughout the process! And the work they did on my car was great! Made it look like brand new! I will definitely use them again if I need anything done and I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle!

Don in Service was spectacular. We were greeted right away, and after describing my vehicle issue, he had a potential solution already addressed. He was quick to get us checked in and out, and provided a loaner to get us on our way. He text me throughout the day to provide status of the repair. First time dealing with Range Rover service at Willis, and they are TOP NOTCH!

My only complaint was that I had to ask for the 15% discount that was available per email on all service.
