My May 19th appointment was for a 6 month cleaning and exam. There is a possible cavity on an anchor tooth for my bridge that the hygienist saw and wants Dr. Mattila to evaluate. I was scheduled June 22nd for that visit which seems very far out for this situation.

The dentist did a good job but the day after I was having some issues not being able to close my teeth together, so it hurt to chew the dentist, told me when I left if there was any problems that he would take care of them immediately I called the next day and the receptionist told me it was going to take two weeks for me to get back in.

It concerned me that Willow Bay puts the responsibility of insurance payment collection on the patient. I can only assume that for some people, this would constitute an unreasonable financial burden. Companies are much better equipped to to deal with this than individuals.Mike Paque
