It’s obvious that this facility is short staffed. Many of my visits found no one at the reception desk. Just walked in. Many times I called for the Social Worker; leaving messages with no response Many times I called the Nurses station and nobody picked up after counting 20 rings. However, the evening shift (weekends) was spot on. They answered nurses calls, helping with vitals as scheduled and casual conversations. Thank you for caring for my husband while in your facility
