Some support staff gave clear post-op instructions, others did not.

Was a super experience. I am a chicken when it comes to dental work. To have 2 teeth extracted with just a local, amazing 🤗

Dr.Wilson and everyone in the office/medical staff were nice, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They were attentive and answered all our questions which put us at ease throughout the process. Dr. Wilson is a very skillful and caring oral surgeon. My son commented that he had very little pain after Dr. Wilson did his procedure.

Entire staff was very professional and friendly.Dr Tran has exceptional skill and wonderful connection with patients.

Please replace the front office TV. The burned out colors make it nauseating to watch, impacting the comfort level prior to surgery.

I absolutely love Dr.Wilson and his staff. I would 100000% recommend them. I can’t say enough about Dr. Wilson but I came to him with a bad root canal from another Dr. and he is helping me get my health back. It’s been a long road to recovery but I couldn’t be more greatful for his time, dedication and attention to detail.

This medical facility is the best I have ever been too the staff is caring the doctors bedside manner is excellent. Thank you all.

Only reason for the downgrade on the scheduling was that the team kept calling my son Adam for all questions, updates & changes related to his & his brother's appts instead of my other son or me.

One would think that having a tooth extracted would be anything but pleasant. I did NOT wait for two weeks to get an appointment. I did NOT have difficulty finding a parking spot. I did NOT find seating in the office uncomfortable for a plus size person. I did NOT sit in the waiting room for what seemed like an hour. I did NOT find the staff anything other than pleasant, helpful, supportive, competent, friendly, and actually fun to be around I was NOT greeted by a doctor who acted like thought he was God’s gift to dentistry. I did NOT get a lecture about dental care. I did NOT experience ANY pain. I did not leave the office hating my experience and dreading recovery. Were it not for the difficulty of living life without teeth I would go back once a week to do it all over. Please do not let my unusual way of reporting my experience deter you from understanding that I was very pleased (beyond satisfied) with every aspect of having my tooth extracted.
