As one who spent seventeen years working with Ford and Mazda corporate, and being treated as an after thought by my selling dealer, it was time to change where I spend my money.One phone call to Winchester Mitsubishi, a pleasant hello, and attention by service writer Taylor was "Swift!"I was on the way to service my vehicle. Once the service was completed their technician came out and went over the repair ticket, that is the way it is suppose to be. Even the service director made time to say hello.None of that was available at the former dealership. As I stated in your survey I spent many years as a dealer development manager for Ford and Mazda motors in the 70s and 80sSo yes, I will be visiting them again for the next service and many more.As one who has been employed by Mazda and Ford motors in a dealer development, not to mention purchasing more than 60 vehicles in my time - its easy to spot a good dealer from one that does not pay attention.

When I bought my Outlander I was part of the free oil changes for the life of the car but since the price of supplies went you Mitabushi discontinued that program. Which I believe everyone that was part of that program still should have received the package.
