Know friendliness at all they walk by you never smile or speak. Service manager was not approachable at all didn’t come out check like the other manager did. Was high disappointment in every thing there this time. A major change in staffing and friendly people as before. I use go in they made you feel welcome and they made you feel cared forFelt like pressure to buy four new tires which I felt wasn’t needed and said not to rotate due to tires which my tires were very low on air all four and if air was put in them it would made a big differenceAsked for my car be washed and air in tires didn’t getI am not su e what happen in last 6-8 monthscsinc I was last there but definitely things made change for worse. Wasn’t happy at all with customer service
